摘要
目的了解临床下呼吸道标本分离多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌(MDRPA)β-内酰胺酶及OprD2耐药基因存在状况,指导临床合理用药。方法收集39株下呼吸道分离MDRPA,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测β-内酰胺酶、OprD2基因并进行测序分析。结果 39株MDRPA中OXA-10阳性7株(18%),VIM-2阳性2株(5%),34株OprD2基因缺失(87%)。结论携带OXA-10、VIM-2及OprD2基因缺失是导致MDRPA对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药的重要机制。
Objective To investigate the resistance and prevalence of beta-lactamase,OprD2 genes in multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(MDRPA)from the lower respiratory tract and guide rational use of antibiotics.Methods A total of 39 MDRPA isolates were collected to use polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technical to amplify beta-lactamase,OprD2 gene,DNA sequencing was adopted to analyze the resistance-related genes.Results Among 7(18%),2(5%)were positive for OXA-10,VIM-2 genes,respectively.The deletion of OprD2 gene was found in 34 out of 39 stains.Conclusion These Pseudomonas aeruginosa carries OXA-10,VIM-2 and losses OprD2 gene,which are the essential resistance mechanism of MDRPA to beta-lactamase antibiotics in our hospital.
