腺样囊性癌和黏液表皮样癌耐药性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤细胞多药耐药性产生的主要机制是细胞膜上存在转运蛋白,RNAi技术既可以用来研究耐药机制,又可以用于逆转细胞耐药性。国内已建立了人涎腺腺样囊性癌和黏液表皮样癌耐药细胞系,多药耐药基因MDR1或多药耐药相关蛋白基因ABCC1可能发挥重要作用。用RNAi技术可以抑制耐药细胞中MDR1和ABCC1基因及其蛋白表达,从而逆转细胞的耐药性。 ABC multidrug transporters play the main role in multidrug resistance(MDR) of cancer cells.RNA interference(RNAi) has been applied in the study of the mechanism and reverse of multidrug resistance of cancer cells.MDR cell lines of human salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) and mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC) were established.MDR of the cells may be related to multigenes and MDR1 gene or ABCC1 gene may be most important.The expressions of MDR1 or ABCC1 gene and proteins of the cells can be silenced and the MDR can be overcome by RNAi.
