摘要 介绍了一种基于S3C2440硬件平台和移动目标识别技术的安防监控系统的总体设计方案,在嵌入式Linux平台下实现视频数据的采集、编码与传输;选择时间差分图像检测移动目标算法,实现视频运动物体的捕获与识别,判断目标类型,并及时发出报警信号;通过USB摄像头实现视频实时采集;利用xvidcore作为视频图像编码压缩算法;采用GPRS模块完成无线网络的接入与数据传输;并在嵌入式GUI解决方案QtopiaCore4的基础上,开发了安防监控软件系统;实际应用表明,该系统具有低功耗、抗干扰能力强及可靠性高等特点,提供了一种全新的安防监控应用方案。 It presents a security monitoring system design, which uses Embedded Linux to achieve video collection, encoding and trans- mission based on S3C2440 hardware platform and moving object recognition technology. With the time difference detection algorithm, it achieves video capture , recognition and identification of the target type. Besides, the alert will be sent out in time. It depends on the USB Camera to achieve video capture, the xvidecore as compression algorithm and GPRS module to complete access and transmission. In addition, with the embedded GUI solutions Qtopia, it has been developed security monitoring system software. As the new design in security monito- ring system, it shows that the system has peculiarilties including lower power--consuming, anti--interference ability and high accuracy.
