摘要 新生儿重症监护室早产儿营养指南是依据早产儿的生理及发育特点制定的。通过早期合理的营养支持,使早产儿生后能继续保持宫内的生长速度,以促进其正常的生长发育,预防并发症的发生,从而达到提高早产儿未来生存质量的目的。该指南包括肠道内营养和肠道外营养2个部分,分别介绍了营养物质的组成、能量的计算,不同日龄及不同体质量早产儿的营养摄入的方法、适应证、注意事项及检测指标等。该指南为新生儿重症监护室医务人员的临床实际工作以及指导下级医师提供参考。
