胺萃取法处理铬酐生产废液的研究

摘要 用体积比为50%的N235煤油溶液,在1NH_2SO_4酸度下,萃取高浓度Cr(Ⅵ)废液时,Cr(Ⅵ)的分配系数≥10~3,平衡有机相再用2.5N NaOH反萃取,可得到十分纯净的铬酸盐。N235性能稳定,反复使用30次后,萃取效率能维持较高水平。根据实验,提出了处理酪酐生产废液流程。 The extraction of Cr(VI)from aquatic waste in 1N H_2SO_4 with 50%(v/v)N-235-kerosine sol- ution was studied.The distribution coefficient of Cr(VI)were higher than 1000.The pure chromate could be recovered from equilibrium organic phase by 2.5N NaOH.The N-235 has higher stability. even after reusing 30 times.According to this work,the flow sheet of aquatic waste from chromi- um trioxide manufacture was subjected.
