摘要
以银杏叶提取物为研究对象,确定其杂质成分,建立相应的检测方法。银杏叶提取物中的主要杂质成分有银杏酚酸、大孔树脂残留、溶剂残留。银杏酚酸的检测采用RP-HPLC紫外分析;大孔树脂和溶剂残留的检测采用GC-MSD检测,分别以二乙烯苯和乙醇为检测项目。结果表明:样品中银杏酚酸含量符合药典限度要求,未检出二乙烯苯和乙醇的残留。
Ginkgo Biloba leaves extracts were studied to determine the impurity component and establish the corresponding detection method.The main impurity components of Ginkgo Biloba leaves extracts were ginkgo acid,macro porous resin residua and solvent residua.Ginkgo acid was determined by RP-HPLC.GC-MSD was used to determine macro porous resin residua and solvent residua.Divinylbenzene and ethanol were the indicators.The results showed that:divinylbenzene and ethanol could not be determined,ginkgo acid content met the requirement of pharmacopoeia.
