摘要
目的探讨采用中西医结合的方法治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例。对照组采用常规抗感染、抗病毒、止咳化痰的同时,加用雾化吸入。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服自拟中药汤剂。结果两组近期疗效比较,治疗组：总有效率为96.3%;对照组为81.5%,结论中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎有效。
Objective discussion uses the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine the method treatment chronic bronchitis＇s curative effect. Methods Divides into the treatment group and control group each 54 examples stochastically. The control group uses the conventional anti-infection, the anti-virus, to relieve a cough phlegm reduction at the same time, adds with the atomization inspiration. The treatment group treats in the control group in the foundation adds the clothing from to plan the traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Results Two group of short-term curative effect comparison, treatment group： The total effectiveness is 96.3%; The control group is 81.5%, the difference is remarkable; Makes a follow-up visit for 2 years, two group of recurrence rate comparisons have the significance difference. Conclusions Not only looking from the treatment result, two groups the short-term curative effect has the obvious difference, but the forward curative effect treatment group will surpass the control group obviously, indicated that the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment chronic bronchitis curative effect will be accurate, can prevent this sickness recrudescence effectively.
