摘要
节能降耗、减少碳排放量是锅炉运行管理的关键。阐述了锅炉热效率的测试核算方法,分析了影响220t/h电站锅炉热效率原因,根据测试数据结合运行管理中存在的问题提出了提高锅炉热效率的改进措施。
Energy conservation,consumption reduction,and reduction of carbon emission is the key to boiler operation management.The calculation method for testing the boiler thermal efficiency is described,the causes influencing the thermal efficiency of the 220 t/h boiler in power station are analyzed,and based on the testing data and existing problems in the operation management,the improvement measures to increase the boiler thermal efficiency are proposed.
