摘要
气体钻井能够有效地提高机械钻速,但在关键点处携岩问题成为气体钻井发展主要问题之一。气体钻井过程中,由于在关键点处截面积突然增大,使得岩屑不易带出地面,严重影响携岩效率,导致卡钻等井下复杂情况发生。文章基于流体力学局部损失理论和岩屑扰动带高度基础上,对气体钻井过程中的关键点携岩基本规律和有关理论计算方法进行了研究。解释了气体钻井过程中影响关键点携岩能力的面积变化和流速等相关因素,为钻井设计和施工提供了相关的理论。
Gas drilling can effectively increase ROP,but key point carrying cutting study in gas drilling has become one of the ma-jor problems of gas drilling development. As the sectional area in key point suddenly increased,the cutting is brought difficultly to the ground,thereby affects the efficiency of carrying cutting,and leads to sticking. Based on the partial loss of fluid mechanics and the length of the disturbed zone,the mechanism of key point carrying cut-ting and the theoretical calculation method were studied,the related factors of effecting key point carrying cutting were explained. It pro-vided the relevant theory for the drilling design and operation.
