摘要
基于对模具精加工过程中工艺处理的经验方法的介绍,指导具体生产实践中零件的变形、内应力、形状公差及尺寸精度等许多技术参数的控制。良好的加工控制过程,能够有效减少零件的超差与报废,提高模具加工的一次成功率及使用寿命。
This paper introduced the empirical method of process for treatment based on the process of finish cutting of die,which can guide how to control the technical parameters of the part deformation,inner strss,form tolerance and dimensional precision and so on during the practical production process.it can reduce the scrap rate and the oversize rate of parts and improve the one-time success rate and service life of parts by good finish cutting control.
