摘要
大坝安全监控指标是监控大坝安全与否的关键指标,现有的监控指标拟定方法主要有数理统计法、极限状态法、结构分析法等。在对这些方法的基本原理进行详细分析的基础上,提出了一些建议,即大坝安全监控指标的拟定需要与大坝的失效破坏模式联系起来,确定与此模式相应的安全极限状态,并建立相应的各级安全监控指标。分析大坝失效模式的理论有风险分析、可靠度分析等。
At present,the dam safety indexes are mainly developed by mathematical statistics method,limit state method,structural analysis method and others.The basic principles of these methods were analyzed.It is suggested that the formulation of dam safety monitoring indexes need to be connected with the failure mode of dams and the corresponding safety limit state.The theories to analyze the failure mode of dams include risk analysis and reliability analysis.
