摘要
介绍了一种能利用低压二次蒸汽的新型板式换热器在味精厂的应用。该板式换热器以味精厂结晶罐的二次蒸汽作加热介质,冷水被加热后作锅炉入炉水之用。一方面充分利用了二次蒸汽的冷凝潜热,节省了加热入炉水的热能(节省了燃煤),同时又减少了二次蒸汽直接用水冷凝后排放对环境产生的热污染,节能减排效果十分显著。
A new type of plate heat exchanger using low-pressure secondary steam was introduced in this article.This kind of heat exchanger could use secondary steam from monosodium crystallizing tank to heat cool water and the heated water was pumped into boiler as boiler water.This method could not only make full use of potential heat in secondary steam,but also save fuel demand for boiler,so the effect in energy-saving and emission reduction was remarkable.
