基于弹塑性地基模型的湿陷性黄土地段悬空管道受力分析 被引量:20

摘要 根据湿陷性黄土地段塌陷区悬空管道的受力特点,建立考虑管道轴向载荷和地基塑性变形的悬空管道受力的弹塑性地基模型,推导悬空管道受力和变形计算公式,并利用V isual Basic计算机语言编制相应的计算程序对某湿陷区悬空管道进行模拟计算;将悬空管道的力学分析计算结果与实测值和W inkler地基模型计算结果进行对比,分析轴向载荷和地基刚度对计算结果的影响。结果表明:弹塑性地基模型比W inkler地基模型具有更高的计算精度,更符合工程应用;轴向载荷对悬空管道受力和变形影响显著,在悬空管道设计校核中不能忽略;地基刚度对弹塑性地基模型计算结果影响不显著。 According to the mechanics features of suspended pipelines in collapsible loess area, an elastic-plastic foundation model (EPFM) was built up to obtain the forces and deformations of pipeline. The axial loads of pipelines and foundation plastic deformations were considered in the EPFM. The calculating equations of pipeline forces and deformations were de- duced. The calculating software was programmed based on the equations and an actual suspended pipeline in collapsible loess area was calculated as example. The calculated results were compared with measured values and the results by Winkler mod- el. The influences of axial loads and foundation rigidities were studied. The comprehensive results indicate that the EPFM is more accurate and suitable than Winkler model. The axial load has great influence on the calculating results, which could not be neglected during the verification and design of suspended pipelines in collapsible loess area. The foundation rigidity has little influence on the pipeline stresses and deformations in the EPFM.
