摘要
在固体酸催化作用下,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯作稀释剂,由50%的双氧水和甲乙酮作用制取过氧化甲乙酮。考察了原料配比、固体酸用量、反应温度、搅拌时间对反应产率、活性氧含量和胶凝时间的影响,确定了较佳的工艺条件为:n(双氧水):n(丁酮)=1.5:1,固体酸催化剂用量占总重量的5‰,稀释剂的质量分数为50%左右,反应温度10℃,搅拌时间30min。产品活性氧含量高,稳定性好。
The synthesis of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide with catalysts of solid acid and phthalic acid phthalic ester as dilulent, 50% hydrogen peroxide and methyl ethyl ketone as reactions has been done. The influences of the raw material ratio, the amout of solid acid, reaction temperature, stirring time on the reaction yield, content of activity oxygen and gel time were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were: n (H 2O 2): n (MeCOEt)=1.5:1, solid acid content (total weight) is 5‰, content of dilulent is 50%, reaction temperature is 10℃, stirring time is 30 min. The content of activity oxygen is more and the stability is high.
