脉动气流回收蛭石的实验研究与数值模拟 被引量:7

Experimental Research and Numerical Simulation on the Vermiculite Recovery by an Active Pulsing Airflow

摘要 蛭石的低成本高效率回收是后续加工利用的关键环节.分析了蛭石原矿的粒度组成与组分特性;采用脉动气流分选装置对0.5~1.0mm的蛭石原矿进行了实验研究.结果表明:当给料量为13.98kg/h,脉动气流最大速度为2.36m/s,脉动频率为1.165Hz时,分选效率可达91.16%,蛭石品位为91.51%.采用Fluent6.3软件中的标准k-ε湍流模型与Eulerian多相流模型,模拟了蛭石分选回收过程中的气固两相流动.模拟结果表明:3.434s时,蛭石精矿主要分布在分选柱顶端出口1.2~1.8m范围内,平均体积分数大于40%,6.008s时,脉石尾矿基本分布在底端排料口0~0.3m范围内,平均体积分数大于25%.脉动气流可以在较短时间内实现蛭石原矿的高效分选回收,实验与模拟结果基本一致. The low-cost and high-efficiency recovery of vermiculite raw ore is the key process for further treatment and utilization.The size distribution and composition of vermiculite raw ore were analyzed.The separation experiments for 0.5-1.0 mm vermiculite were conducted using an active pulsing air classifier.The experimental results indicate that the highest separation efficiency of 91.16% and the highest grade of 91.51% are achieved with the feeding capacity of 13.98 kg/h,the largest pulsing airflow velocity of 2.36 m/s and the pulsing frequency of 1.165 Hz.The numerical simulation of separation processing of vermiculite raw ore was completed using a standard k-ε turbulent model and Eulerian multiphase flow model of Fluent6.3 software.The numerical simulation results show that the vermiculite concentration mainly distributed on the top position of 1.2-1.8 m and the average volume fraction is over 40% after 3.434 s.The gangue tailing mainly distributed on the bottom position of 0-0.3 m and the average volume fraction is over 25% after 6.008 s.A high-efficiency separation for vermiculite raw ore can be achieved in a relatively short time.
