维甲酸处理未分化间充质细胞后细胞增殖与凋亡的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究维甲酸处理未分化外胚间充质细胞后,细胞增殖和细胞凋亡的变化,探讨细胞增殖、凋亡与维甲酸之间的关系。方法:用5μmol/L维甲酸处理未分化外胚间充质细胞,绘制维甲酸处理前后细胞的生长曲线,并用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡数量的变化。结果:维甲酸处理未分化外胚间充质细胞后,细胞增殖受到抑制,细胞凋亡数量显著增加。结论:维甲酸可明显抑制未分化外胚间充质细胞的增殖。 objective: To study the effects of retinoic acid(RA) on the proliferation and apoptosis of undifferentiated ectomesenchymal cells derived from facial primordia of mouse fetus.Methods: Cultured undifferentiated ectomesenchymal cells were exposed to 5 μmol/L of RA, the growth and apoptosis of the cells were examined with cell counting and TUNEL. Results: The doubling time (h) of the RA treated and the control cells were 47.34 and 29.04 respectively, the TUNEL positive ratio(%) 39.18 and 4.76( P <0.01). Conclusion: RA induces apoptosis and therefore inhibits the proliferation of undifferentiated ectomesenchymal cells.
