摘要
目的分析甲型H1N1流感疫苗接种后不良反应的发生情况。方法调查我院2009年9～11月接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗的374人,对不良反应发生率、出现时间、持续时间、转归等进行统计分析。结果 374名接种者中不良反应发生率12.0%(45/374),其中局部反应68.9%(31/45),全身反应60.0%(27/45),所有发生不良反应者均能自愈或治愈(自愈43例,治愈2例)。结论本院人员甲型H1N1流感疫苗接种后总体不良反应发生率和全身不良反应发生率与说明书告示基本一致,但局部疼痛发生率略高于说明书;无严重不良反应发生且无后续感染。
Objective To investigate the adverse reaction after being vaccinated with influenza A（H1N1）vaccines.Methods A total of 374 people inoculated with influenza A（H1N1）vaccines between Sept 2009 and Nov 2009 were included in this study.The incidence,occurrence time,duration and outcome of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in 374 vaccinated people was 12.0 %（45 out of 374）,of which local reaction accounted for 68.9%（31 out of 45）,and systemic reaction for 60.0%（27 out of 45）.All the cases of adverse reactions were able to heal spontaneously or were cured（43 cases healed spontaneously,and 2 healed after treatment）.Conclusion The rate of total adverse reaction and systemic adverse reaction to influenza A（H1N1）vaccines in our hospital is consistent with the instruction,but there is slightly higher incidence of local pain in practice.There is no evidence of severe adverse reactions or infection.
