活性焦烟气脱硝本征动力学研究 被引量:6

Intrinsic kinetics of flue gas denitration by activated coke

摘要 以自制活性焦为原料,在消除内外扩散的前提下,用等温积分管式反应器测试了其脱硝性能。通过对动力学实验数据分析,运用Eley-Rideal模型,推导出了其本征动力学方程,并对模型参数进行了估值。结果表明,利用Eley-Rideal模型拟合的计算值与实验数据相符,反应表观活化能为-23.6 kJ/mol。 The activated coke was prepared.Based on the elimination of internal and external diffusion,its denitration performance was determined in an isothermal integral tubular reactor.The intrinsic kinetic model was derived from Eley-Rideal model.The parameters in the model were also estimated based on experimental data.Analysis of statistic test indicates that Eley-Rideal model is preferable for denitration performance of the activated coke,and the calculated values of NO conversion by Eley-Rideal model are well agreed with the experimental data.The apparent activation energy of denitration is-23.6 kJ/mol.
