摘要
概述了高分子阻尼材料的阻尼机理,综述了通过接枝、嵌段等方法改变聚氨酯分子链的刚性结构或通过高分子共混、互穿聚合物网络技术等提高聚氨酯材料阻尼性能的研究进展,并介绍了聚氨酯阻尼涂料在舰船、汽车等领域的应用进展,最后指出了高分子阻尼材料的发展方向及前景。
The damping mechanism of polymers was summarized.The developments of improving damping properties of polyurethane materials were reviewed.The methods included changing the rigid structure of polyurethane molecular chain by grafting or blocking,polymer blending or interpenetrating polymer networks.The application of damping polyurethane coatings in ships and automobiles were introduced.The direction and prospect of polymer damping materials were pointed out.
