摘要
综述了国内外最近几年关于以葡萄皮为代表的植物花色苷的研究进展,主要是花色苷的提取方法及各种方法下的最优条件,分析评价了不同提取方法的优缺点,对花色苷提取的研究现状做出总结并展望了天然葡萄皮花色苷的发展前景。
The status of research on anthocyanin extracting from grape peel at home and abroad in recent years were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of different extraction methods were analyzed and evaluated.The development prospect of anthocyanin from grape peel was studied.
