摘要
结合我国煤炭开采现状,提出薄煤层采煤机大功率截割传动部的设计方案,采用单截割部双电机驱动方式实现大功率,且在行星头采用二级行星齿轮传动以有效减小尺寸,并对其结构特点与使用效果进行了介绍。
Combined with the status quo of China＇s coal mining,design of thin seam shearer with multi-motor drive was proposed. Adopting dual-motor drive mode in cutting unit to achieve high-power and two-stage planetary gear mechanismin can reduce the size. Their structural features and application effects are introduced.
