摘要
煤气化污水酚回收化工流程处理中,脱酸塔主要是脱除其中的酸性气体。长期运行中脱酸塔存在处理量小、易结垢、效率低、运行不稳定等问题。本文通过改变塔内件、增加塔板数量以及采用惰性气体消泡、解析技术,很好地解决出现的问题,避免塔液泛增加处理能力。结果显示,采用斜孔塔板及惰性气体消泡等技术后,运行稳定,达到预期目标。
In the chemical process of ammonia and phenolic recovery in coal gasification wastewater, deacidification tower was mainly used to remove acid gas. After long-term operation, it was found that the capacity of deacidification tower was small, the efficiency was low, and the deacidification tower was easy to scale, operation instability. These problems were resolved through changing the tower parts, increasing the tray number and the use of inert gas foaming, analytical techniques, and avoid the tower flooding to increase the handling capacity. The results showed that, after the use of slant-hole tray and the anti-foaming technology by inert gas, the operation was stability, and achieve the desired objectives.
