摘要
目的评价利用标准化病人培训医学生临床沟通技巧的效果。方法将46名实习学员随机分为2组,一组在利用SP进行临床技能培训中增加医患沟通技巧的内容,另一组只利用SP进行临床技能培训;分别在培训前后6个月由SP对两组学员的医患沟通技能作出评估。结果实验组学员的医患沟通能力较对照组明显增强。结论利用SP对医学生进行医患沟通技巧培训,可明显提高其医患沟通能力,增强其临床综合技能。
Objective To evaluate the validity ofthe use of standardized patients for training medical students in doctor-patient communication skills.Methods The study group consisted of 46 fourth year medical students at the Changzheng Hospital of the Second Military Medical University in the 2007-2008 academic year.The participants were randomly assigned to one of two groups.The experimental group who received training in doctor-patient communication using SP in addition to the standard training regimen.The control group were only given the standard SP training targeted at developing clinical skills.The students were evaluated in their communication skills using SP both before and after the 36 week training period.Results After the 36-weeks of training,the doctor-patient communication skills of the students who participated in the communication skills training were rated significantly higher compared with the control group.Conclusion Using the SP on students'basic clinical skills training can not only significantly improve the students'doctor-patient communication skills but also enhance their integrated clinical competence.
