摘要
利用淡水沉积物中磷形态的标准测试程序(SMT),研究了黄河上中游10个沉积物样品中磷的赋存形态变化规律和分布特征,并分析了沉积物中磷的来源和释放潜力。研究结果表明,黄河上中游沉积物中总磷(OP)的含量为82.0~113.5mg·kg-1,无机磷(IP)的含量范围在45.3~76.6mg·kg-1,有机磷(OP)的含量范围在27.6~56.6mg·kg-1。其中主要以无机磷的形式存在,而无机磷中以钙结合态磷为主。线性回归分析结果表明,NaOH-P的含量与活性态Fe、Al含量总和有一定的线性关系。黄河沉积物向上覆水体释放磷的潜力不大。
Phosphorus forms in the surface sediments from 10 representative sites along the upper and middle reaches of Yellow River were investigated using the Standard Measurement and Test (SMT) procedure of phosphorus forms in freshwater sediments. The concentration of total phosphorus (TP) in the sediments ranged from 82.0 mg·kg-1 to 113.5 mg·kg-1. The inorganic phosphorus (IP) concentration ranged from 45.3 mg·kg-1 to 76.6 mg·kg-1. The organic phosphorus (OP) concentration was 27.6-56.6 mg·kg-1. The P fractional composition showed that the sediments were dominated by IP and the P associated with Ca (HCl-P) was the major part of IP. The linear relationship between the NaOH-P and the sum of active Fe and Al was observed within the ten sediments. The potential of phosphorus release from Yellow River sediments to water bodies was not significant.
