摘要
根据对国内外村镇住区选址影响因素的综合分析及实际调研，认为影响村镇住区选址的主要因素是地质、地形地貌、水源、生态环境、耕作半径、区位和对外交通等。基于此，选取了由18项指标层、8项准则层和1项目标层构成的递阶层次结构村镇住区选址评价指标体系，运用层次分析法确定指标权重，采用加权平均法计算村镇住区选址评价综合指数，将村镇住区选址类型区分为适宜区、较适宜区和不适宜区三种，并以案例对村镇住区选址评价指标体系进行具体应用。
Locating residential area for towns and villages is an important study field in the subject of rural settlement geography, and serves as the foundation of China＇s new countryside construction planning. In this paper, systematic analysis and practical investigations are made to identify the influencing factors on locating the residential area. The results indicate that the main factors which influence the residential area locating mainly include geology, landform, water source, ecological environment, farming radius, location, and external traffic. Based on the above research findings, a hierarchy structure of evaluation index system for locating residential area of towns and villages is built up, which is composed of 18 indicator layers, 8 benchmark layers, and 1 target layer. The analytic hierarchy methodology is used to determine index weight, and weighted average method is used to calculate comprehensive evaluation index of residential area locating. The location of the residential area for towns and villages is divided into three categories, i.e. suitable areas, secondary suitable areas and unsuitable areas, several villages are taken as examples to be studied with the index system, and the results are basically in line with the actual situations.
