摘要
抢救车消毒无菌物品用双层塑料袋密闭存封延长期的研究，从３０天开始每１５天递增一次至１５７天做细菌培养５２６批次均无细菌生长。通过实验证明，消毒后的无菌物品采用塑封法处理可保存１５７天之久甚至更长而无菌不变质，继续使用，此法省时省力降低消耗，节省经济开支值得推广。
The research on the reteution period of the sterilized goods sealed in two layers of plastic bags in the ambulance is finished. The experiment goes on30 days later, on added patch of experiments is done every 15 days. During 157days, there are total 526 patches of experiments in which no germs grow in the experiments. Through those experiments, it's proved that sterilized germfree goods kept in plastic bags can be preserved in good way in 157 days or more, and can be used safely. Plastic bag sealed methed is thrift in time and energy, and will lower the cost and reduce the expense. It is worthwhile to spread the method.
