摘要
目的探讨互动式健康教育方法对提高宫颈炎患者宫颈癌预防知识的知晓率及遵医行为的影响。方法将370例宫颈炎患者按收治时间分为实验组187例和对照组183例。对照组采用口头健康教育方法,实验组在此基础上采用互动式健康教育方法。比较两组患者宫颈癌预防知识知晓率和遵医行为。结果互动式健康教育后实验组患者宫颈癌预防知识知晓率和遵医行为较对照组高,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论互动式健康教育方法在提高宫颈炎患者宫颈癌预防知识知晓率和遵医行为方面具有积极的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of interactive health education on improvement of preventive knowledge and behaviors in complying with the medical orders in patients with cervicitis. Methods 370 cases of the patients with cervicitis were randomly divided into as the experiment group (n = 187) and as the control group (n = 183). In the control group oral health education was used and interactive health education was used in the experiment group. The two groups of patients were compared in view of the knowledge for preventing cervicitis and medical-order compliance. Result After interactive health education, the knowing rate of cervical carcinoma prevention and the medical order compliance was increased significantly, compared to pre-heahh education (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The interactive education method is meaningful for the improvement of the rate of knowing the cervical carcinoma and enhancement of medical order compliance.
