摘要
目的改进现有红花质量标准中羟基红花黄色素A含量测定色谱系统中色谱峰易变形的缺陷,并建立一个新的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用HPLC法,Diamonsil(钻石)C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-0.4%的磷酸溶液(30:2:68)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为403 nm。结果羟基红花黄色素A在0.03264~0.1984 mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=1),回收率为100.37%(n=5),RSD为0.9%。结论本法准确,专属性好,可用作控制红花的质量。
Objective To improve testing method of HSYA content an create a new HPLC.Methods HPLC was used.Results There was good linear relationship of HSYA within 0.03264~0.1984 mg/ml.Recovery was 100.37% and RSD 0.9%.Conclusion This method was accurate and can be used to control quality of honghua
