不同质量分数NaCl对月见草生理指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Different Concentrations of NaCl on Physiological Indexes of Oenothera biennis

摘要 通过对月见草(Oenothera biennis L.)苗期的NaCl胁迫处理和参照试验,研究苗期月见草在不同质量分数NaCl情况下的生长、光合作用变化和几个重要的植物生理指标。结果表明:月见草比叶面积、qP和F′v/F′m参数随NaCl质量分数的增加先上升后下降,在NaCl质量分数为0.05%时值最大;叶绿素、净光合速率、电子传导率及气孔导度均随NaCl质量分数的增加而降低;丙二醛质量摩尔浓度随NaCl质量分数的增加而增大。这些都表明NaCl质量分数的增加对月见草的生理及光合作用有抑制作用,但是低质量分数NaCl(0.05%)在某种程度上对月见草的生长有促进作用。 The changes in growth indexes,photosynthetic indexes and several important physiological indexes of Oenothera biennis were studied by salt (NaCl) stress treatment and control test of O. biennis seedlings. Results showed that specific leaf area,photochemical quenching and the effective quantum efficiency (F'v/F'm) increased first and then decreased significantly with increasing salt content,and they reached the maximum values when salt content was 0.05%. With salt content increasing,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,electrical conductivity and stomatal conductance decreased significantly,while MDA content increased. It shows that increasing salt content has a negative influence on the physiological indexes and photosynthetic indexes of O. biennis,but low salt content (0.05%) can stimulate the growth of O. biennis to some extent.
