摘要
通过对天然祖母绿的光谱分析,设计了以Pr3+、Co3+、Cr3+等为主要掺杂离子的配方,采用冷坩埚技术生长了仿祖母绿立方氧化锆晶体。利用辉光放电质谱和紫外-可见光透过谱分析了仿祖母绿立方氧化锆晶体的成分和光谱学特征,透射光谱中的特征吸收峰来自于这些特定掺杂离子的特定能级跃迁。对比天然祖母绿的光谱特性,提出了进一步改善氧化锆晶体宝石效果的建议。
Emerald-like cubic zirconia has been grown by the skull melting method through doping of Pr^3+ , Co^3+, Cr^3+ and other ions according to the spectra of natural emerald. The compositions and optical spectra of as-grown cubic zirconia crystal were analyzed by glow discharge mass spectrometry and UV-vis. In the optical transmittance spectra, there are several absorption peaks which are originated from energy transition of Pr, Co and Cr. In order to improve its quality, some suggestions were also put forward.
