摘要
目的探讨内镜下黏膜剥离术在消化道肿瘤中的治疗及护理效果。方法将43例消化道肿瘤患者按治疗方式分为实验组(22例)和对照组(21例),对实验组患者采用内镜下黏膜剥离术,对照组采用内镜下黏膜切除术进行治疗,并根据各组患者的具体情况进行精心护理。将两组患者手术所用时间、并发症发生率、创伤程度及复发率等进行比较。结果术中创伤、手术时间、并发症发生率及复发率明显优于对照组。结论采用内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗消化道肿瘤,创伤小。复发率及并发症低,护理效果较好,值得临床进一步应用探讨。
Objective To study the effects of endoscopic demucosation in treating and nursing gastrointestinal tumor.Methods Forty-three patients with gastrointestinal tumor were divided into 2 groups,1 experimental group（n=22）and 1 control group（n=21）,according to the mode of treatment.Endoscopic demucosation was adopted in the patients from the experimental group and endoscopic mucosectomy in those from the control group.The patients in each group were nursed with the best of care in accordance with their spicific conditions.The operative time,incidence and recurrence rate of complications and degree of trauma were compared.Results The trauma condition,operative time and incidence and recurrence rate of complications of the patients in the experimental group were significantly superior to those of the patients in the control group.Conclusions Endoscopic demucosation for gastrointestinal tumor is minor in trauma,low in recurrence rate and complication,good in nursing effect and worth clinical further study and application.
