摘要
为了研究mpl和plcB基因在单核细胞增生李斯特菌中的分布状况,为单核细胞增生李斯特菌的防治及追溯提供依据。本试验以分离自生肉、熟肉制品、冷冻食品、水产品、蔬菜等6类不同来源共105株单核细胞增生李斯特菌株作为研究对象,利用PCR技术对单核细胞增生李斯特菌mpl、plcB基因的分布进行检测。结果表明:所有菌株均有这2个基因中的一个或全部,总检出率为100%。其中,mpl基因总检出率为82.9%,plcB基因的总检出率为98.1%。食品来源不同,单核细胞增生李斯特菌mpl、plcB基因的检出率不同,且同一来源的菌株其mpl和plcB的检出率也不同,表明不同来源以及不同的毒力基因在单核细胞增生李斯特菌中的分布存在差异。
105 Listeria monocytogenes strains isolated from six sources (raw meat, cooked meat, quick-frozen food, aquatic product and vegetable etc. ) were researched by PCR amplification of the mpl gene and plcB gene. And then the distribution features were analyzed. Resuits showed that, of the total strains studied, 100% demonstrated containing rnpl or plcB. The detectable rate of rnpl gene was 82.9 % and plcB gene was 98.1%. The detectable rate of mpl and plcB gene was different in diverse sources and there were also differences between mpl and plcB in the same source. Such findings suggest the distribution of virulence genes in L. monocytogenes varies with different food sources.
