摘要
主要论述了商务英语学科建设中教师职业发展面临的问题,并这对这些问题提出了相应的对策,探讨了商务英语学科建设中教师的自身职业发展的途径。除了教师职业培训和教师教育,商务英语教师自身职业发展的有效途径在于教师能够充分利用资源(包括自身资源)开展行动研究和教学反思。
This paper discusses the problems facing the discipline construction of Business English, puts forward corresponding solutions to theses problems and more importantly suggests the ways of teacher professional development. Beside teacher training and teacher education, the most effective way of professional development for Business English teachers is action research and reflective teaching.
