摘要
目的:分离鉴定仙鹤草降糖活性部位的成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、聚酰胺柱等常压柱色谱手段进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从仙鹤草中分得9个化合物,鉴定为:齐墩果酸(1)、乌苏酸(2)、19α-羧基乌苏酸(3)、委陵菜酸(4)、芹菜素(5)、木犀草素(6)、山奈酚(7)、3,3′-二甲基鞣花酸(8)、山奈酚-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(9)。结论:化合物1~3、8、9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the active section with lowering blood sugar of agrimony.Methods:The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel,polyamide and HPLC chromatographies.The structures of compounds isolated were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical peoperties.Results:Nine compounds were isolated from the active section with lowering blood sugar of agrimony.and their structures were identified as oleanoic acid(1),ursolic acid(2),19α-hydroxy ursolic acid(3),tormentic acid(4),apigenin(5),luteolin(6),kaempferol(7),3,3'-di-O-methyl ellagic acid(8),kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(9).Conclusion:Compounds 1~3,8,9 are isolated from Agrimony for the first time.
