Recognition of SF_6 Decomposition Components by Two-dimensional Infrared Spectroscopy

摘要 利用SF6局部放电分解组分的特点能够很好地监测GIS内部绝缘状态。为此,采用傅立叶变换红外吸收光谱法(FTIR)来对SF6分解组分进行检测,发现其自身的吸收峰多且强,淹没了一些重要分解组分的信息。针对该难点,提出用二维相关光谱技术来对光谱进行宏观放大,依据其选峰原则,成功分析出了CF4、SOF4两种组分,使红外检测SF6分解组分的种类增至:SOF2、SO2F2、SF4、SOF4、CO、SO2、CF4共7种,该方法能够准确了解SF6的分解情况,满足GIS在线监测的要求。 Characteristics of SF6 partial discharge decomposition components can be used to monitor the inner insulation of GIS.We detected the SF6 partial discharge decomposition products with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),and found that the absorption peaks of SF6 were so many and strong that some decomposition products’ peaks were shielded by SF6.Two-dimensional infrared spectroscopy was used to solve the problem mentioned above,and CF4 and SOF4 were extracted by it.SF6 decomposition components which could be detected were SOF2,SO2F2,SF4,SOF4,CO,SO2,and CF4.FTIR can obtain the process of SF6 decomposition and satisfy the conditions of real-time online monitoring for GIS.
