摘要 从可持续发展水平、可持续发展效率、可持续发展潜力、资源消耗和环境效益5个方面设计了建筑业可持续发展指标体系,有别于以往单纯考虑发展程度的评价模型。引入系统协调性的理念,构建了基于主成分分析与回归分析相结合的建筑业可持续发展评价模型,并针对辽宁省建筑业相关数据进行了实证分析。结果表明,辽宁省建筑业可持续发展并不是总处在协调发展轨迹上。 An sustainable development indicator system in the construction industry was designed with five aspects: sustainable development level, sustainable development efficiency, sustainable development potential, resource consumption and environmental benefits. The system differs from most evaluation models which only consider the development level. The sustainable development evaluation model uses the combination of principal component analysis and regression analysis, and is based on the concept of system coordination. The data of the construction industry of the Liaoning Province was analyzed using this model. The results indicate that the sustainable development in the Liaoning Province is now under the non-coordinated situation.
