摘要
研究了以硅化学为基础的环境友好制革技术,包括以含酶可溶性硅酸盐用于浸灰以及纳米SiO2鞣剂用于鞣制,并对成革性能及该工艺的环境友好性进行了评价,结果表明:替代型浸灰剂用于羊皮的浸灰时皮纤维达到适度膨胀,并且成革物理机械性能及湿热稳定性均高于行业无铬鞣标准。以硅化学为基础的制革工艺用水量、废液排放量及化工材料耗用量均低于传统工艺;该工艺废液中的总固含量(TS)、总氮含量(TNC)、BOD值和COD值,分别比传统工艺降低了72%、55%、45%和31%,并且废液的可生物降解性优于传统工艺;该制革工艺中未使用铬,其成革及废(液)渣中均不含重金属铬,实现了铬的零排放,从源头防止了铬污染的产生,同时易于制革固体废弃物的回收利用。
An environment - friendly leather - making process, involving lime - free liming process and chrome - free tanning process based on sodium silicate coupled with enzyme and nano - SiO2 respectively was investigated, meanwhile, the environment - friendly characteristics of this process and the hydrothermal, mechanical properties of resultant leather were evaluated. The result indicates that the lime- free process has equivalent effect on fiber opening compared with conventional liming process, and the physical strength and shrinkage temperature of the resultant leather were all higher than the stipulated standards of chrome - free leather. Whilst the values of total solids (TS), total nitrogen concentration( TNC ), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) are lower than the conventional process, showing reductions of 72% , 55% , 45% and 31% , respectively. Further, wastewater from experimental treatment showes more easy biodegradability than that of control treatment. More importantly, the lime sludge and chromium are considered almost zero discharge because of no utilization of lime and chrome in this novel process.
