摘要
生物过程优化的目的在于提高终产物的产率,是生物技术产业化不可缺少的一项工作。近年来国内外较为常用的生物过程优化技术包括非统计优化技术和统计优化技术两大类。在生物过程优化中,响应面法是一个更为有效的优化技术。
The biological process optimization,its purpose is to improve the yield of the final product,is an indispensable work for biotechnology industry.Biological process optimization techniques include two major categories,i.e.non-statistical optimization techniques and statistical optimization techniques at home and abroad in recent years.Among the biological process optimization,the response surface method is a more efficient optimization techniques.Several common optimization techniques were compared with each other,the principle and design method of the response surface method and its applications were introduced.
