摘要
介绍了特征值屈曲分析的原理及有限元分析软件ANSYS对特征值屈曲分析的步骤,然后利用ANSYS软件建立了支撑架的三维有限元模型,采用Block Lanczos方法求出了它的前8阶屈曲特征值和特征值屈曲模态,最后分析了结构尺寸对支撑架屈曲临界载荷的影响.其计算结果和相关结论对支撑架在实际工程中的应用具有一定的指导意义,也为结构的改进和优化设计奠定了理论基础.
The article introduced the theory of the eigenvalue buckling analysis and the process of the analysis based on ANSYS. Then, the 3-D finite element model of the bearer frame was built by using ANSYS software. First eight eigenvalues and buckling modes were educed making use of Block Lanczos method. Lastly, the article analyzed how the structure dimensions of the bearer frame influence the buckling loads. The computing results and the correlative con- clusions have guidance meaning to practice application, and it also lays a theory foundation for the structure improvement and the optimization design.
