摘要
[目的]研究红海榄叶挥发油的化学成分。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏和萃取法提取红海榄叶挥发油,利用气质联用技术(GC-MS)和标准图谱检索对照方法对其化学成分进行研究,并用气相色谱面积归一法测定其各成分的相对百分含量。[结果]红海榄叶挥发油经GC-MS分析,共检测出92种化合物,鉴定了其中29种,占总量的67.70%,其中主要成分是酯、苯和萘的衍生物及烷烃类化合物,其他成分主要是醛和酚类化合物。[结论]通过对红海榄叶挥发油化学成分的研究,为充分发挥其药用价值提供依据。
[Objective]The aim was to study the chemical compositions of volatile oil from Rhizophora stylosa leaf. [Method]The volatile oil of Rhizophora stylosa leaf was prepared by steam distillation and extraction. The chemical compositions were analyzed and certified by gas chroma-tography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and standard map search comparison method. And their contents were calculated by area normalization. [Result]92 kinds of compounds were separated,and 29 kinds of them were identified,which accounted for 67. 70% of the gross. The major components were esters,benzenes,naphthalene derivatives and alkane compounds,and other main ingredients were aldehyde and phenol compounds. [Conclusion]The study provided scientific basis for giving full play to medicinal value of this mangrove.
