摘要
目的探讨急性闭角性青光眼的护理对策。方法分析本院收治的34例确诊案例的手术情况和护理情况。结果经治疗后,患者的眼压都被控制在25～26mmHg。所有患者在手术出院后没有头疼和眼痛症状,眼压也没有异常,视力在0.4～1.0。结论控制眼压和实施全程护理对青光眼患者有积极的治疗作用。
Objective Discusses the acute closed bevel glaueoma＇s nursing countermeasure.Methods Analyzes this courtyard admitting 34 example diagnosis case surgery situation and the nursing situation.Results After treatment, patient＇s intraoeular pressure is controlled in 25-26mm Hg. All patients after surgery being out of hospital has not had a headache with the eye painful symptom, the imraocular pressure also does not have exceptionally, vision in 0.4 -1.0.Conclusion The control intraocular pressure and implements the entire journey nursing to have the positive therapeutic action to glaucoma patient.
