摘要
目的评价儿童眼外伤玻璃体切除术。方法33例儿童眼外伤，采用玻璃体切除术。视外伤情况分别行前段、后段、前后段联合术。去除浑浊屈光间质，安全散瞳，直视下摘出异物，处理视网膜脱离。结果术后视力提高11例，视网膜复位13例，总治愈率82％。结论复杂儿童眼外伤适时行玻璃体切除术，将挽救一定视力，提高治愈率，是较好手术方法。
Objective To observe children ocular injury vitrectomy. methods 33 children ocular injury who had undergone vitrectomy. According to the traumatic condition, made the anterior segment, posterior segment and both combination Opration. And removed the opacitres refraction media,safe mydriasis, under direct view, to removed the itraocular foreign body, treating the retinal detachment. Results Postoperative visual improved in 11 eyes,retinal anatomic repaired 13 eyes. The overall cure rate amounted to 82%. Comclusions: children's complicated ocular injury treated timely by vitrectomy, will increase successful cure rate, recover certainly visual. So it is effective method.
