摘要
评价由上海雄琪生物制品有限公司等单位研制的ＸＱ９３０２纯中药制剂抗艾滋病病毒（ＨＩＶ）和治疗艾滋病（ＡＩＤＳ）的疗效，采取从ＨＩＶ体外试验和ＡＩＤＳ临床疗效观察两方面进行初步评估。结果表明，ＸＱ９３０２在ＨＩＶ１体外试验中，对ＭＴ４淋巴细胞有显著的保护作用；１３例ＨＩＶ感染者、３例ＡＩＤＳ患者服用该制剂后（２～３个疗程）临床症状基本消失，ＣＤ４淋巴细胞数增加；３例ＡＩＤＳ患者血浆ＨＩＶ１核酸（ＨＩＶＲＮＡ）含量下降了１个Ｌｏｇ以上；长期服用未见任何副反应。结论：ＸＱ９３０２中药制剂不但能延缓ＡＩＤＳ病情的发展，提高机体免疫功能，而且能抑制ＨＩＶ在机体内的复制。
The preliminary evaluation of the therapeutic effect of XQ-9302 pure Chinese Herbal Preparation,manufactured by Shanghai Xiongqi Biological Products Co.Ltd.,in resisting HIV and treating AIDS was undertaken in two aspects of HIV test in vitro and of the observation of the clinical effect in the treatment of AIDS.The results showed that in HIV-1 test in vitro,XQ-9302 had an obvious protecting function to MT4 lymphocyte attacked by HIV-1,that in 13 cases infected with HIV,the clinical symptoms basically disappeared in 3 AIDS cases and the count of CD4 lymphocyte increased after taking this preparation,that in 3 AIDS cases,the contents of blood plasma HIV-1 and HIVRNA decreased more than one Log,and that side-effect did not appear after long-term administration.The conclusion is that XQ-9302 Chinese Herbal Preparation not only can delay the development of AIDS condition and enhance the immune functions of the human body,but also can inhibit replication of HIV inside the body.
