摘要
针对双级矩阵变换器(two-stage matrix converter,TSMC)的共模电压问题及现有共模电压抑制方法存在的不足,通过对TSMC共模电压分布规律的分析,在保证整流级零电流换流的基础上,提出对零矢量重新分布的改进的TSMC双空间矢量调制(double space vector modulation,DSVM)方法,有效降低了TSMC的共模电压幅值。仿真和实验结果验证了系统设计的可行性和改进调制方法的正确性。
For the common-mode voltage problem of two-stage matrix converter(TSMC) and the shortage of existing restraining method,through analysing the distribution law of the TSMC's common-mode voltage,an improved double space vector modulation(DSVM) of TSMC was proposed by the newly distributing the zero space.The improved DSVM can effectively reduce the amplitude of the TSMC's common-mode voltage,and also ensure the zero-current commutation for rectifier-level.The simulation and experimental results have verified the feasibility of the system design and correctness of the improved modulation strategy.
