利用炉气分析预报AOD炉终点锰磷含量

Prediction of manganese and phosphorus content in AOD furnace end using exhausted gas

摘要 基于测得的一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氧气、氮气等气体的体积分数,依据反应平衡和质量守恒定律,并结合炉气分析模型所得到的炉内氧的积累,分别建立了预测吹炼终点锰、磷含量的数学模型。通过对模型预测值和实测值进行分析比较,该模型可以预测终点的锰、磷含量,为AOD炉终点锰、磷含量的预报提供了有用的参考。 Based on the measured volume fractions of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen, nitrogen and other gases, according to Response Balance and Quality Conservation law, the prediction models of both manganese and phosphorus content in end point are built by analyzing the oxygen accumulation obtained from furnace gas analysis model. By comparing the prediction value with the measured one, we can find that the model can estimate manganese and phosphorus content, and offer the useful references.
