摘要
目的探讨人轮状病毒(HRV)对乳鼠的损害,及嗜酸乳杆菌干预的保护作用机制。方法乳鼠分正常对照组(A组),轮状病毒感染组(B组),嗜酸乳杆菌预处理组(C组),嗜酸乳杆菌治疗组(D组)。后三组喂服HRV Wa株,C、D组另喂服嗜酸乳杆菌,观察各组大便情况、体重变化、排毒时间。病毒感染后第四天随机处死各组8只乳鼠,取小肠标本观察组织病理改变。结果 1.乳鼠在HRV感染后第二天出现腹泻。B组重型腹泻率显著高于C组和D组;B、C、D组体重增长落后于A组,P均<0.01;B组腹泻天数和RV阳性天数显著大于C组和D组,P均<0.01。2.B组绒毛脱落,固有层淋巴细胞浸润;C、D组绒毛完整,炎症细胞少。3.B组微绒毛肿胀;嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。C、D组微绒毛整齐、间质中少许淋巴细胞;浆细胞增多。结论 1.乳鼠感染HRV后皆出现症状及肠损害。2.嗜酸乳杆菌能改善感染HRV乳鼠症状,减轻小肠组织损伤,增加浆细胞生成。
OBJECTIVE To study of the damage by human rotavirus(HRV) in suckling mouse and the protective efficacy of Lactobacillus acidophilus.METHODS Suckling mice were divided into 4 groups: including health control group(group A),Rotavirus infect group(group B),Lactobacillus acidophilus pretrearment group(group C),Lactobacillus acidophilus treated group(group D).Groups B,C,D were infected with HRV Wa strain through the drench,group C,D were treated with Lactobacillus acidophilus.To observe the difference of diarrhea,weight and rotavirus excretion in each group.Killed 8 mice in each group randomly at 4th day been rotavirus infected,the intestine were separated to observe the pathological change.RESULTS 1.Suckling mice appear as diarrhea at 2th day been rotavirus infected.Severe diarrhea rat in group B was significantly higher than group C,D;Weight of groupB,C,D were less than groupA,P all0.01.Duration of diarrhea and rotavirus excretion(d) in group B were significantly higher than group C,D,P all0.01.2.Intastinal villi were fall off,lymphocyte infiltration showed in propria lamina in Group B.Intastinal villas were intact,there were less inflammatory cells infiltrated in Group C,D.3.In group B microvillus changed sparseness,swollen;eosinophie granulocyte Infiltrated in cellula epithelialis.In group C,D with thick,neat microvilli,less lymphocyte infiltrated,plasmocyte increased.CONCLUSION 1.Suckling mice had the symptom and intestines damaged after HRV infected.2.Lactobacillus acidophilus can improve the symptom of the rotavirus-Infected suckling mice,and relieve the intestinal damage,increase production of plasmacyte.
