凸曲前刀面插齿刀的AutoCAD二次开发

摘要 采用凸曲面作为前刀面的新构形插齿刀和传统插齿刀相比能够在保证构形精度的前提下有效提高刀齿的抗崩刃能力,是硬齿面齿轮加工刀具设计方面的创新。为了实现凸曲面前刀面插齿刀的应用和推广,开发其工艺数据库和工程图纸是十分必要的。基于ActiveX Automation技术采用Visual Basic语言对AutoCAD进行二次开发,得到凸曲前刀面插齿刀软件,具备凸曲前刀面插齿刀设计参数输入、工艺参数输出和自动工程绘图功能等。 Compared with the traditional gear shaper cutter,the gear shaper cutter with convex rake face can improve the ability of anti collapse' efficiently on condition that the profiling precision can be assured.It is an innovation in the machining of gears with hard tooth face.So it is necessary to develop this new cutter's technical database and engineering drawing for its popularization and application.Based on the technology of ActiveX Automation,Visual Basic language is used for secondary development of Auto CAD to get software about gear shaper cutter with convex rake face.And there are many functions such as the input of design parameters,the output and automatically drawing in AutoCAD.
