HER2在结直肠癌中的表达及意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究HER2在结直肠癌的表达及意义。方法应用pathway array analysis方法分析了56例结直肠癌肿瘤组织及癌旁正常组织中HER2的表达。结果在56例结直肠癌患者中共发现HER2阳性表达35例,21例正常黏膜组织中HER2过表达,其中16例结直肠癌患者有淋巴结转移。结论 HER2的表达与结直肠癌的发生发展相关,检测HER2的表达可作为判断结直肠癌的生物学行为和预后的重要指标。
