摘要
本文在分析水资源利用的区域特性和影响粮食生产因素及其变化趋势的基础上，分析论证了我国水资源利用的极限量以及未来粮食生产发展的定量指标．按我国九大流域片逐个定量分析之后，得出了我国粮食生产潜力约为８８９亿吨．还从水资源利用的角度对进一步的粮食增产提出了对策建议．
Based upon the analysis on the availability of water resources and its regional distribution together with its influence on grain production according to the statistics of the past decades,this paper expounds the probable quantity limit of water resources and the quantitative indexes of grain production in the next century of China.The analysis has been undertaken for the river basin level individually.The conclusion that the proable maximum grain production in the next century will be about 0,889 billion tons per year has been drawn.The strategic options on grain production are given accordingly.
