摘要
目的:探讨实脾散合五皮饮加味治疗肺心病顽固性水肿的临床疗效。方法:将46例患者随机分为两组,采用中医经典名方治疗肺心病心衰顽固性水肿,治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,观察患者的临床症状、体征及电解质、肺部感染、血气分析的变化,1周为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率占83%,对照组占74%,检测指标经统计分析,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:实脾散合五皮饮治疗肺心病心衰顽固性水肿的疗效确切,在综合治疗中明显优于纯用西药。
Objective： To explor the clinical effect of Shipisan and Wupiyin in treating refractory edema of cor pulmonale.Methods： 46 patients were stochastically divided into two groups.Adopt classical prescription of TCM to treat refractory edema of cor pulmonale,to observed patient′s clinical symptom and objective sign,as well as electrolyte,pulmonary infection,blood gas analysis change after two treatment courses.Results： Treatment group total effectiveness accounts for 83% ,the comparison group accounts for 74% ,observed items of the treatment groups were better than the comparison groups（ P 0.01 or P 0.05） .Conclusion： The exact effect is clearly better than treatment with Western medicine in the combined therapy of refractory edema of cor pulmonale.
